Antivirus Exclusions for DayZ Cheats

Windows Defender and third-party AV exclusions for DayZ cheat loader folders — reduce false blocks without disabling protection entirely.

Loaders and injectors trigger heuristic AV blocks. Excluding your download folder and loader path prevents quarantine mid-inject.

Do not disable Defender entirely unless you accept the security trade-off — targeted exclusions are enough for most users.

Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Manage settings → Exclusions → add folder containing your licensed loader.
