Awareness
DayZ Map Awareness Guide
Use compass, map and ESP together for Chernarus and Livonia — macro rotates without a separate radar hack.
Sections in this guide
No magic radar
DayZ has no separate minimap radar hack layer. Awareness comes from ESP distance, compass heading and the in-game map when you have one.
Combine player ESP distance with your heading so you know whether to hold angle or disengage before a firefight.
Chernarus vs Livonia
Learn coast vs inland spawns — ESP helps but map knowledge still wins long sessions.
Weather and night reduce visibility; ESP distance caps matter more in rain and fog.
Pair with loot routes
Use loot ESP for efficient north-west military runs; use player ESP before crossing open fields.
Module checklist: dayz cheat modules.
